Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Deanvelopment handles personal information on deanvelopment.com (the "Site"). It does not cover individual Deanvelopment products such as AEO. Those have their own privacy policies on their respective subdomains.

Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide. If you contact us via the form on this Site, we collect your name, email, optional subject line, and the message you send. We do not collect payment information through this Site. We do not use tracking pixels, analytics, or advertising cookies on this Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit only to read, understand, and respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing without your separate opt-in. Under GDPR Article 6, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. Under PIPEDA and the LGPD, we rely on equivalent legitimate-interest or pre-contractual grounds.
Sharing and Service Providers
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us through Resend, our transactional email provider, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data Retention
Contact-form messages are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to keep a reasonable business record. We delete messages when they are no longer needed.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information. EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and provincial laws such as BC's PIPA. Brazilian residents have rights under the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018). Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the applicable digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, which is 13 under US COPPA and 13 to 16 in EU/EEA member states). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
